(The following terms and conditions are only applicable to those that within the Consumer Protection Act’s definition of a “Consumer”)

We dispatch Lego® sets from our warehouse in Somerset West, Western Cape. All sets are required to be returned using our website and all courier charges are applicable for the user.

Whilst delivery times are given in good faith and Lendabrick will use every endeavor to comply therewith, no responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer on account of any delay in delivery arising out of any circumstances beyond Lendabrick’s control, which circumstances will include, but in no way be limited to:

1. any delay in the supply of goods/services by Lendabrick which cannot be directly or indirectly attributed to them; and/or
2. any delay by Lendabrick due to not having received the full courier charge and/or monthly subscription payment

Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a delivery notification email from noreply@lendabrick.co.za. Please check you spam as this might land here.

Returns

All Lego® sets are required to be returned within 14 days, via our website, using the “book return” option. Emails will be sent to you to inform you of this and the method to follow.

Kindly note all shipping fees are non-refundable. Any shipping and courier charges associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Please use the website to book any returns.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns of sale/on promotion items including but not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, used/installed items, light bulbs, custom cut, made to order or bulk orders and items damaged due to it not being installed by a qualified electrician. Refunds are issued through the same transaction method you used in your original purchase of your subscription. Your refund will always be credited into the same account your payment came from - We cannot refund your order to a different card or account.

Refunds and Cancellations

Upon cancellation of a subscription, the following month monthly subscription will be charged via your selected payment method, as the last charge. All sets will also need to be returned first.
